Danpack specializes in custom-made injection-molded, roto-molded, vacuum-formed, and soft-sided cases. We are a distributor of Pelican, SKB, Shell, and other case manufacturers. We also work with manufacturers of fabricated cases in order to provide the widest options for our customers. Our designers communicate directly with engineers from these companies to develop cases. This allows us to provide options not normally found through other providers.

Using PDFs, CAD, step files, or a physical sample of your product, our engineers will select the best case for you and design custom foam inserts to best protect your product. We can provide a 3D layout of your design and produce a sample of your foam before production to ensure the perfect fit. We can screen print or foil print any hard case with your logo, warning labels, or any other identification required.

Deliver Files

Deliver or email STEP FILES, DXFs, PDF, or a physical sample of the product to our designers so we have all the necessary dimensions of your product.

Build a digital mockup

We will use these files to create CAD files for your custom packaging for your approval and feedback.

Prototyping & test fit

Prototypes will be made so we can perform a fit check with your product. We can use these prototypes to perform any necessary ISTA testing to make sure the packaging will meet all shipping requirements and help your product arrive safely to its destination before production.
