Sustainability.

At Danpack we are committed to creating sustainable packaging solutions.

This is why all of the materials we purchase are REACH and ROHS compliant. It is also why all of our scrap material from production is recycled and reused. All EPE foam scrap is shredded then melted down to log form. This recycled material is then taken back to our manufacturers of raw material to be recycled and reused. All scrap corrugated and Polypropylene corrugated from our facility is bailed and sent to Caraustar Recycling in Salem, MA to be introduced back into the supply chain. We know the future of our industry and our world depends on a responsible supply chain that captures and recycles waste.

We keep recycling infrastructure in mind when designing every new project that comes to us. We strive to reduce waste and minimize material while providing safe transport for your product.

The US and Europe each have their own set of laws and regulation set in place to minimize the effect out packaging and materials have on our planet. We have the experience and knowledge to consult our customers on improving their environmental practices and impact and make sure that these regulations are met.

Reusable packaging.

We are able to manufacture reusable packaging solutions for customers looking for in-plant handling methods or transporting product back and forth from out of plant processes. This has allowed our customers to reduce the use of disposable cartons and dunnage often used and discarded for this purpose. Utilizing Wood and recyclable/replaceable inserts, our customers have been able to reduce their material costs over time while achieving a care free and ergonomic process for in plant handling and staging.

The Danpack team is passionate about solving your packaging issues.
