Danpack designs and manufactures custom foam cushioning inserts so your products reach their destination unharmed. We consider the weight, shape and sensitivity of your product in our design process to identify the ideal foam for protecting your product. Using our years of experience, cushioning curves, ISTA drop and vibration testing, we can provide accurate data on the performance of your insert before it leaves your facility with your product inside. We carry a wide range of basic Polyethylene and Polyurethane foams along with specialty foam specific to the industries we serve.

Deliver Files
Deliver or email STEP FILES, DXFs, PDF, or a physical sample of the product to our designers so we have all the necessary outside dimensions of the product.
Build a digital mockup
We will use these files to create CAD files for your custom packaging for your approval and feedback.
Prototyping & test fit
Prototypes will be made so we can perform a fit check with your product. We can use these prototypes to perform any necessary ISTA testing to make sure the packaging will meet all shipping requirements and help your product arrive safely to its destination before production.
